It is an innovative, non-invasive and drug-free application of electrical stimulation to the entire body for the management of spasticity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is suitable for children and adults with spasticity or other forms of movement disorders. Its purpose is to improve the functionality of the user by reducing the unwanted consequences of the respective condition. Unlike many neurostimulation techniques, which only focus on symptomatic muscles, the Exopulse Mollii Suit relieves spasticity and associated pain by stimulating the weakened antagonists of the spastic muscle. This approach helps to reactivate the signals that naturally inhibit hyperreflexive muscle activity, causing the spastic muscles to relax.
